How much do you charge for mowing?We offer competitive pricing based on the size of the lawn, landscaping and frequency of service.

What is included in the mowing service?Each service consists of mowing the front and backyard, string trimming/edging around the home, property line, flowerbed and tree ring areas, and debris blow off from patios, sidewalks and driveway. Bagging clippings and/or weeding flower beds is an additional charge and not included in the standard service.

What if I lock my gate?We ask that the gate be unlocked on the days of service or provide us with the code to a combination lock. Return fee will apply if the gate is locked.

Do you have to sign a multi-year contract?We are confident that you will be satisfied by our services and do not lock you into a contract. We will continue service year to year until you notify us that you would like to cancel.

What if I want to skip a service?Please let us know within 48 hours of your scheduled service if you’d like to skip. *Maintenance pricing may increase on the following service due to overgrowth.

What payment options do you offer?Our preferred method of payment is card. Cards will be charged within 2 business day of each service. We also accept Check and Venmo payment.

Do I need to be present during service?You do not have to be present during service. Our crew will ensure gates are closed/locked upon completion of your service.

Will you clean up after my pet?We do not clean up dog toys and/or feces. Please ensure toys and feces are picked up prior to service. Please also ensure pets are not in the backyard during service.

How will I know when you are coming?If you are on a recurring maintenance plan (we offer weekly, biweekly and monthly-every 4 weeks) you will have a designated day of service. Our crew will arrive between 7-6 pm for service. Due to the nature of lawn services we are unable to provide an exact time of service.

What are the advantages of using a professional lawn care service?Expertise: Experience technicians available to evaluate your lawn and provide recommendations. What if it rains on my day of service?We will contact you on your day of service to reschedule.
